Access and installation

OTOX Portfolio currently has private iOS / TestFlight and private web implementations. Public downloads and open registration are not available. Existing invited users should follow the installation instructions supplied with their private access.

Common questions

How do I import IBKR records?

Use the native Activity Flex workflow or manually review exported XML in the browser. Read the setup guide and supported-record limits.

How should I handle encrypted backups?

In Settings, export an encrypted backup and keep its passphrase separately. Use Verify a backup to check the saved file without changing your portfolio. To recover, choose Restore backup, select the encrypted file, enter its passphrase and review the replacement confirmation. Export current records first if you want to retain them. Native Flex credentials are excluded from portfolio backups.

How do I remove saved Flex credentials?

Use the installed app’s saved-credential removal control. This removes OTOX’s saved credentials; manage token revocation in IBKR separately. Previously imported records are not deleted by credential removal.

How do I request data deletion?

Email info@otoxapp.com to request help accessing, correcting or deleting information held by OTOX. Native records, hosted records and exported backups have different deletion paths. See the privacy notice. Do not include passwords, tokens or unredacted statements.

Are prices, projections or alerts guaranteed?

No. Projections are estimates and market data availability and freshness vary. Holding-condition checks run while the app is open and unlocked, not continuously while closed.

Keep support requests safe

Describe the screen, app version and steps that led to the issue. Remove account identifiers from screenshots. Never send passwords, Flex tokens or unredacted statements in ordinary support requests.
